Daily Expenses: Provides means of keeping track of various school expenses on a daily basis. The school expenses are categorized into five basic different sections which are: transportation, entertainment, salary/wages, general office and others. In processing these expenses, a column is provided for extra details for description of expenses and amount spent. Record retrieval is seamless and can also be printed on daily basis while a summarized total of all expenses are also provided.
Weekly Expenses: Like a spreadsheet, This feature provides means of storing weekly expenses in a table format. For each week, a total of every entered section that is (transportation, entertainment, salary/wages, general Office and others) is auto-calculated. At the same time, sum total of each section per week is summed up and displayed on the spreadsheet. The only two information required for processing the expenses are the month and session providing a simple means of printing the records. With this, Schools would be able to determine their expenses per pay/week.
Monthly Expenses: Just as in weekly expenses above, summary of all monthly expenses are stored in the monthly expenses page. It is also in a spreadsheet format, with column for particulars and month (January – December). Records are traversed by term and session only.
Enhanced Mailing Section: Part of the exciting feature of Proskool V1.1 is the ability to pre-format mails before sending them either over the intranet or internet. Some of these editing features are font name and style, font style, alignment etc. This ensures that all mails sent out are professionally done as the people's perception of a school is very important.
Child Vaccination Schedule: This feature enables the school management to ascertain how many students in the school that falls into one vaccination schedule or the other. With this information, school management can easily follow-up each parents to know their children's protection status against infections common to their age group. This feature is very ideal for schools that have a Creche.
